How do I discipline myself to be clean in church?

When I go to church for prayer I always need to go half way through the service, I cannot just get up and walk off so what do I do? If I stay I often soil myself and oters seated nearby can smell it, once I made a loud expulsion on wind before following through, friends think I do this deliberately and the pastor finds me disgusting. Also I don;t like feeling sticky for long periods of time, I get too self conscious.
I am liking Truck's answer, everybody praying for all the dirty things in life, our church congregation needs to get dirty.

Sit near a Aisle seat, and let the Pastors Wife know that you have some issues so she can share with the Pastor so He can understand.
